Both bedrooms are extremely spacious with large beds and big fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom (above) has a Juliette balcony and an en-suite with bath, loo and basin. Extra's include a digital radio and fan.

Bedroom two has its own bathroom with shower, loo and basin. Both bathrooms come equipped with heated towel rails, top-class towels - and lots of shelf space!

The second bedroom can sleep a further 4 people, with a double bed and two singles. If you prefer more space, again one of the single beds can be stored underneath the other.
The Lounge/Living Room
The spacious lounge has three sofa's, a comfortable chair, T.V, Digital Radio, and a large designer solid cherry wood dining table with eight chairs overlooking the balcony yhat has a solid oak Yask table and benches to seat 8 people and views of Shadwell Basin.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a dish washer (with tablets provided) a washer and dryer - with washing tablets provided. The sink has a waste disposal unit. There is a large fridge freezer, oven and four hobs with extractor fan. There is a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, plenty of plates and glasses. All the necessasry cooking equipment is provided.

Prices
The tarff is £50.00 per person per night (or£300 per person per week) and is subjest to a minimum occupancy of four guests.
If there are less than four guests the rate of £200 per night still applies. For more than four guests, each extra guest pays £50 per night.
Christmas Rates: 10th December - 4th January - Each guest is £100 per person per night ( £400 per night)
